Price - £150 (£175 en-suite room) per room per week/based on 4 people sharing the house (extra nights or periods less than 1 week - £35 (£40 en-suite) per night)

Whole house can be booked for £450 per full week. Weekend rates available on request.

Price includes all utility bills (excluding telephone) and linen.

Please Note - The following booking conditions apply:
1) Cancellation within 1 month will incur a full cancellation fee
2) Lost keys will be charged at £10 per key
3) Full payment is due 2 weeks before arrival
4) A bond/deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking
5) Property should be left in clean state, or a £35 cleaning charge will be levied
